Delivery

For customers who choose Venipak delivery service:

Paid orders are shipped from our warehouse twice a week (Tuesday and Thursday) approx 2:00 p.m. GMT+3. 

For example:

• If you placed your order on Monday or Tuesday until 2:00 p.m., it will reach you the same week.
• But if you place your order on Wednesday or Thursday before 2:00 p.m., you will receive your order on following week Monday.
• Lastly, if you place your order on Thursday after 2:00 p.m. or on Friday or weekend, you will receive your order at the end of the following week.

We work hard to be on time, but in case of an increased number of orders, the delivery time may be extended.

As soon as your order is delivered to the selected terminal, you will receive an SMS message to your specified mobile phone number and/or e-mail.

Remember – your order is stored at the parcel self-service terminal for only up to 7 days. After 7 days, your order won’t be returned to us, only after urgent reach via [email protected] we will we be able to contact with carrier to deliver order to your place or terminal again.

Picking up an order at the selected parcel self-service terminal takes no more than 15 seconds:
1. After receiving a notification on your mobile phone or e-mail, go to the parcel self-service terminal specified in the SMS message.
2. Enter the PIN code received in the message.
3. Take the package from the automatically opened terminal compartment and close the door.

Unclaimed orders can be reshipped once from the Venipak warehouse. Orders sent repeatedly but not accepted are destroyed by the carrier.
